Hello, it's me. I am a product enthusiast, design lover, and operations advocate with 8+ years of solving unique problems, improving productivity, and collaborating well.

ABOUT

My love for technology began in 2003 when I stumbled into world of neopets.com. I would play the rolling berry munching game any chance I could log onto the home computer. Unfortunately I didn't get into the Neopia stock market (great idea btw) so I missed out on learning about stocks at a young age.​

My general interest in human behaviour and society writ large led me to a degree in political science, a minor in geology, and participation in way too many student groups at UCLA (Go Bruins!).​​​​

 

After graduation, I found myself in the tech space with a local Vancouver company called ACL Services (now Diligent). I was lucky to learn about and fall in love with product management at a company where customer intensity was one of its key values. Since this revelation, I've been in the pursuit of defining and elevating what I can bring to the table as a product manager.

 

I would be delighted to join a dynamic and innovative startup team on the forefront of solving meaningful problems for their customers.​​​

the other side

While my love for great product is boundless, my love for King and Country is just as immeasurable. While on the post-college job hunt, I enlisted as an Armoured Soldier with the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve as a way to give back to my community through service. I joined because I saw the impact of military members during natural disasters at home and supporting global peacekeeping efforts abroad.

I've gained a family and a legion of experiences that have enriched my life in ways I couldn't have imagined. There were tough days in bootcamp but I knew it was all worth it whether it was fighting fires in Northern B.C. or supporting a NATO operation abroad. Being a soldier has taught me resilience, adaptability, teamwork, and leadership through adversity.

 

Now, I help build the next generation of soldiers who will answer the call when Canada needs it most.

Owned the technical design of platform two-way sync functionality and in-house Salesforce Product Request feature. Supported the GTM strategy for platform productization with 99% customer engagement.

​When I'm not working, I spend my time cuddling my dog, playing video games, training for Fat Dog 40, obsessing over Gundam, figuring what veggies to plant for the season, traveling or exploring the outdoors, and learning about local small businesses. ​
